    Individual Therapy

I work with adolescents and adults on a variety of presenting concerns. I have particular clinical experience in working with complex trauma, interpersonal distress, immigration and refugee distress, and exploration of identity. Additionally, an integral part of my practice is working with folks who are gender diverse and/or identify as LGBTQ+.

In our initial sessions, we will focus on getting to know each other better and co-creating an environment that feels safe. Together, we’ll create a space in which you feel heard and seen. As our work continues, we will begin to explore and notice how your life experiences have impacted the way that you engage with others, the world, and your challenges. I am committed to supporting you in your journey of healing, self-exploration, and self-expansion.

    Couples & Relationship Therapy

Relationships are a foundational part of what it means to be human. Just as we navigate the complexities of our own individual journeys, being with others in partnership can bring both joy and messiness. Couples therapy offers a space to explore the intricacies of your connection, working through challenges, and building a deeper understanding of each other. Whether you're facing communication barriers, unresolved conflicts, or seeking to strengthen your bond, therapy provides the tools and support to help you grow together in a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

Love does not look the same for everyone. I arrive to my practice with the understanding that relationships take many forms. As such, I provide affirming support for polyamorous relationships, open relationships, and other nontraditional partnerships amongst more traditional ones. Similarly, I offer support to partnerships of various intersecting identities and cultures.

    Supervision

I offer clinical supervision to mental health professionals who are looking to deepen their understanding of relational psychodynamic principles and their application in practice. Through supervision, I help supervisees explore the dynamic interplay between client and therapist, emphasizing how past relational patterns shape present interactions. In addition, I integrate a strong commitment to anti-oppressive and culturally sensitive care, ensuring that you develop the skills necessary to work with diverse clients in a manner that respects their unique identities, experiences, and cultural backgrounds. Together, we will explore the complexities of your clinical work, enhance your theoretical knowledge, and refine your therapeutic presence while also promoting social justice and inclusivity in your practice.
