About Me

My Approach

In my work with clients, I aspire to help those I work with engage in curiosity over the multidimensional nature of their experiences — including exploration of issues related to race, gender, sexuality, disability, and class. In this undertaking, my hope is that clients will find exploration of these issues to be an intrinsic part of understanding their experiences and to ultimately finding relief or solutions to their challenges.

Alongside having extensive experience and training in relational psychodynamic therapy, I integrate trauma-informed therapy and mindfulness techniques in my holistic practice. I believe that we come to know ourselves as we explore how our early life experiences influence the ways that we show up in the world and in our relationships with others. Through this lens, I am a firm believer that an authentic and intimate therapeutic relationship can help clients facilitate the growth that they would like to observe in themselves. As such, I work to create a safe environment in which we can explore your internal and interpersonal worlds.
